After enormous critical acclaim for their debut album "Segu Blue" (Out Here Records) and playing in front of enthusiastic crowds across Europe, Mali's first ngoni quartet returns to the UK this March/ April for their first regional UK tour. Bassekou Kouyate & Ngoni ba will kick off this tour with a concert at the Guildford International music festival, followed by 8 solo shows across the country.

Bassekou Kouyate & Ngoni ba have recently been in the studio in Mali to record a new album. This no doubt eagerly awaited follow-up to "Segu Blue" is expected to be released this Autumn.
