A few days ago GondwanaSound's Jill Turner was invited as a guest on Karl Dallas' Bradford Community Radio broadcast, Dateline Palestine. Billed as a talk programme for Bradford's Palestinian community and everyone who wants peace, this week Karl wanted to break with tradition and fill the slot with Palestinian music. It was quite strange being the other side of the "flight desk" as a guest on someone else's broadcast but Karl's relaxed broadcasting style makes you feel instantly at home. It was such a shame we didn't have more time......so much music such little time...
