To celebrate Baaba Maal's release of his album Television, the record label Palm Pictures in association with Giant Step are running an international remix competition with the first prize of $300 plus an eight week electronic music production course and a Palm Pictures cd and dvd bundle. The winners will be selected by BaabaMaal and published on his website, All remixes should be sent as an MP3 to johan@baabamaal.tv before 12:00 EST on October 22nd 2009. The winner will need to provide Palm Pictures with the aiff/master of the file once selected.
