Seven years after their previous recording, the Persian percussionists Trio Chemirani return, nourished by rich musical experimentation and by meetings with musicians from the Mediterranean, the Middle East, and Africa. Father Djamchid and sons Keyvan and Bijan have all collaborated musically with a large and diverse array of musicians over the years, many of which recordings have appeared on Accords Croises.
