Roots/Round/About, the consortium of music venues in South East England, announce the 21st Century Afro Sounds Tour with 6 dates for October 2008.

Kasai Masai went down a storm with the crowd's, at this year's Wychwood Festival, in June. Led by Voodoo King Nickens Nkoso the five piece band brings the sound of the most equatorial villages, with an urban twist.

Atongo Zimba, got everyone going at this year's WOMAD. The vibe enticed Radio 3's Lucy Duran from backstage to join the crowds dancing to the sounds of Zimba's koloko, some blistering percussion and bass from fellow Ghanians, Abass and Emmanuel.
