News in from Nascente, the release on 16th February, Havana Si! the very best of Los Van Van. This c.d. collects together, for the first time, all their anthems and live favourites from their 40 year dance career onto one two c.d. set.

Described as "The best dance band in Cuba" by the New York Times and as" The undisputed king of Cuban dance orchestras and one of the most influential forces ever in Afro-Cuban music" by the Los Angels Times.

The c.d. features their classics from the 1970's and 80's, songs that have become anthems for the people of Cuba whilst the second c.d. represents Los Van Van in the 1990s and 2000's, whereby recruiting younger singers and embracing timba music, funk and reggae they produced some of their most popular music to date.

Los Van Van are touring Europe and the US in spring and summer with a UK date at London's Roundhouse on 7th March.
